I finally got around to watching The Dark Knight Rises (today...14th Jan)...so a few additions will follow.

Another thing that I couldn't help but notice...is that the film starts off with a 'hoodwink' scenario.

Shit...I just happened to notice that I made the above post exactly 3 years (20/7/09) before the Aurora shooting...synchronicity is like that though!

The net is literally hemorrhaging stuff about 'fake' aspects to this case...some even to the extent of the whole event being fake!  Much of this has centred around Robert Parker (and a few others) and his TV pre-broadcast  warm up and subsequent interviews, other aspects centre around some of his family photos being augmented etc...there is a lot of chatter out there in this regard.  The suggestion is that an event has been faked (at least to some degree) and again with the aim of 'gun control' being the prize.  I can't really say too much more about this because that is not what I do here and I can't and won't vouche for any of its validity.
